Travel Connection Tours is a travel agency operating in Egypt, offering day tours, vacation packages, Nile cruises, hot air balloon rides, and related travel services in destinations including Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada, and Sharm El Sheikh

• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us (via email or WhatsApp) after submitting your request and, where applicable, paying the required deposit or full amount.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal details (full name as per passport, travel dates, number of travelers) at the time of booking. We are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
• Some tours and packages are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn before confirmation.

• All prices displayed on the Site are per person unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
• Confirmed bookings are honored at the price agreed at the time of confirmation.
• Payment may be made via the payment methods available on the Site or as agreed directly with our team (bank transfer, credit/debit card through our payment partner, or cash where applicable).
• Prices may exclude certain items such as international flights, personal expenses, tipping, optional excursions, or entry visas unless explicitly stated as included.

• Cancellation by the customer: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp). Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made relative to the tour/travel date, and whether third-party suppliers (hotels, cruises, internal flights) have their own non-refundable terms.
• Cancellation by the Company: In rare cases (force majeure, insufficient participants, safety concerns, government restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date, an alternative tour of equal value, or a full refund.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original method of payment.
• No-shows or late arrivals on the day of the tour are not eligible for a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to confirmed bookings (date changes, traveler substitutions) but cannot guarantee availability. Additional charges by third-party suppliers may apply.

By booking with us, you confirm that you:

• Hold a valid passport (and visa, where required) valid for the duration of your trip
• Are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance, unless otherwise agreed
• Will follow the guidance of our tour guides and staff regarding safety, local customs, dress codes at religious sites, and photography restrictions
• Are physically able to participate in the tour activities selected, or will inform us in advance of any relevant medical conditions or mobility requirements

• Travel Connection Tours acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (hotels, cruise operators, transportation companies, local guides). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, delays, or failures caused by these third parties that are outside our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for losses, injuries, delays, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific Service.

Egypt-specific travel involves activities such as desert excursions, boat trips, and visits to historical sites that may carry inherent risks. Customers participate in all tour activities at their own risk and are encouraged to review our Safety FAQ section on the Site and consult a physician before travel if they have relevant health concerns.

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Travel Connection Tours or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or misleading information through our booking forms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
